These are WEBSITE terms only. They are not the Mudo subscription agreement. The application at architecture.mudo.app has its own legal terms, served from within the application itself, and this page deliberately does not reproduce or summarise them. Paraphrasing a contract from memory would be worse than saying nothing.

Who we are

This website is operated under the registered business name MUDO, ABN 93 514 614 308, an Australian sole trader based in New South Wales.

MUDO is a registered business name, not a company. There is no ACN, no registered office and no corporate structure, and nothing on this website should be read as implying one.

These details were verified against the Australian Business Register on 15 August 2026. The ABN above is the authoritative way to identify the operator, and the register is public.

What this website is

Marketing and information about Mudo. Using it means reading pages, following links, and optionally requesting a demonstration. It is not the product, and nothing here creates an agreement to supply the product.

Accuracy, and its limits

We work hard to keep this website accurate, and unusually hard on one particular point: every capability described here is checked against the running application before it is published, each capability page cites what it was checked against, and each carries the date it was verified.

Even so, software changes. Pages describe Mudo as it was on the verification date shown. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it.

Where a capability is not generally available, in pilot, preview or beta, the page says so plainly rather than in a footnote, and the label is generated from the same record that governs the product. Mudo Connect is in pilot and is not part of standard plan entitlement.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Australian dollars, per practice rather than per seat.

They are copied from the Mudo application's own plan definitions and checked against them automatically, so a price that changes in the application fails our tests rather than going stale on this page. This website does not query the application while you are reading it, and the figures here are not a live feed.

Prices may change. The price that applies to you is the one shown in the application at the time you subscribe, under the subscription agreement, not the one on this page.

Your account with Mudo

Signing up happens in the application, not here. Everything about your account, including access, data, billing, availability and support, is governed by the application's terms and privacy notice, not by this page.

Demonstration requests

Asking for a demonstration is an enquiry, not a booking or a contract. We will use your details to reply and to prepare the walkthrough. See the privacy page.

Please do not send confidential client information in the message field. It is a marketing enquiry form, not a secure channel.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and brand of this website belong to MUDO unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.

Photography is the stated exception. Photographs are licensed from their photographers and credited where they appear, and the licence does not pass to you with the page.

Links to other sites

This website links to the Mudo application at architecture.mudo.app. That is a separate service, operated by us, under its own terms.

At the time of writing it links to no other external website. If that changes, the usual position applies: we do not control other sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes

The date shown at the top of this page is when it was last reviewed. Material changes will move it.
