Most practice software stores what you tell it and shows it back. The difference in Mudo is that something reads across all of it and decides what deserves attention this morning.
That is three surfaces, at three scales.
The Brain is the whole practice at once: every live project as a node, sized by how much work is open and coloured by whether it needs attention. It is the default landing screen, not a report you go looking for.
The Project Pod is one job, completely. Programme, fee, people, meetings, RFIs, drawings, consultants, variations and deliverables in one workspace that remembers everything.
Frank is the voice. He reads the same records and says the one thing worth knowing, without inventing a number to do it.
None of the three is a separate product. They are three magnifications of one model, which is why moving between them does not mean re-entering anything.
